Francis Fong

Francis Fong is an experienced executive currently serving as Managing Director at Singtel since July 2017. Prior to this role, Francis worked as Managing Director at SAS from 2013 to 2017. Francis's extensive background includes over two decades at IBM, where various positions included Director of Integrated Technology Services for ASEAN, General Manager of Global Technology Services for ASEAN, Client Executive for Citigroup in the Asia Pacific financial services sector, Regional Sales Manager for Systems in ASEAN/South Asia, and Systems Engineer. Francis holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore (1995-1997) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore (1982-1986). Francis also completed education at St Joseph's Institution.
