Lance Foo

Lance Foo currently serves as the Group Talent Acquisition Lead at NCS Group since May 2022, overseeing talent acquisition initiatives for a technology firm operating across Asia Pacific. Previously, Lance held the position of Senior Human Resources Director for Asia-Pacific at Fiserv, where responsibilities included spearheading talent acquisition and management across more than 14 countries. Prior experiences also include leading talent acquisition for Luxasia as the Group Head, and directing talent strategies for NBCUniversal Media across the Asia Pacific region. Lance's extensive career began at Riverchelles International, where a variety of roles culminated in the position of Regional Managing Director, focusing on executive search and recruitment across multiple markets. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Curtin University and completed the Global HR Leaders Program at NUS Business School.
