Yeen-Chin Chan

Yeen-chin Chan is a seasoned professional in mobile service engineering with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Mobile Service Engineering at Singtel since July 2007, Yeen-chin has held multiple leadership roles, including Director positions in various facets of mobile service and data engineering. Prior to Singtel, Yeen-chin contributed as a Senior Engineer at M1 from April 2002 to June 2007. Academic credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Analytics Project Management from the National University of Singapore, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from The University of Queensland.
