Mohammad Sanaullah

Mohammad Sanaullah serves as the Director and Company Secretary at Singer Bangladesh Limited since July 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing Board Management, Corporate Affairs, and various financial and legal functions. Previously, Mohammad held the position of General Manager for Corporate Affairs at the same company. Additionally, Mohammad contributed as a Non-Executive Director at the Bangladesh Institute of Capital Market from September 2010 to September 2013 and served as the President of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh from July 2010 to May 2013, where involvement included the development and regulation of the Chartered Secretary profession. Educational qualifications were obtained from institutions including the University of Dhaka and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh, alongside early education at Annada Govt. High School.
