Taslim Chowdhury

Taslim Chowdhury has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Taslim currently holds the position of Lead Manufacturing HR at Singer Bangladesh Ltd, where they began working in January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Specialist at the same company from September 2017 to January 2022.

Before joining Singer Bangladesh Ltd, Taslim Chowdhury worked at DBL Group as an Executive Human Resources from March 2015 to August 2017. In this role, they had a range of responsibilities, including HR functions such as manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, and HRIS. Taslim was also involved in process development and the implementation of a reward system to enhance workforce efficiency. Notably, they played a key role in rolling out the "Employee of the Month" award program.

Furthermore, Taslim Chowdhury gained practical experience as a Human Resources Intern at PDS Limited in May 2013. During this internship, they performed tasks such as CV sorting, maintaining employee files, managing bank accounts, checking attendance, assisting with HR audits, and entering data into the HRIS. Taslim'sattention to detail, adherence to statutory requirements, and dedication to improving overall efficiency were evident in their work during this internship.

Taslim Chowdhury holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management from BRAC University, obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Bandarban Govt. High School from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in auditing and management systems from institutions such as SGS Türkiye, Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services, and Intertek Bangladesh.
