Helen Marie Baxter

Helen Marie Baxter has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Singer Vehicle Design since July 2025. Previously, Baxter held leadership roles in HR at the Institution of Chemical Engineers, Optilan, and A-Gas, where responsibilities included strategic HR management, recruitment, and employee relations.
