Steven Bailey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in property management and retail operations. Currently serving as a Site Manager at Singh Management since February 2016, Steven manages tenant acquisition and services while overseeing maintenance and safety, utilizing Yardi for tracking financial and property activities. Steven has also been a Property Manager at Borland Properties LLC since September 2012 and previously held the position of District Merchant at Macy's from June 2006 to January 2016, where notable achievements included being named District Merchant of the Year in 2008. Earlier experience includes operations management and store oversight roles at Marshall Field's and sales representation at Reebok. Steven holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Michigan, graduated in 1987.
