Carl Gutowski

Carl Gutowski is currently the Chief Civil Engineer at SINGH + Associates, Inc. Carl previously held the position of Assistant Chief Civil Engineer at TranSmart Technologies, Inc. and worked as a Project Engineer at Ciorba Group, Inc. Carl has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Throughout their career, Carl has managed the planning and design of various civil engineering projects for clients such as the Illinois Tollway, IDOT, and the City of Chicago.
