Arunima Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and financial strategy. Currently serving as Director of M&A at Singhi Advisors since February 2024, Arunima has a proven track record in creating value for businesses across various sectors. As the Founder of Avail Care and a founding member at TCG Living Spaces Pvt. Ltd., Arunima has successfully led strategic initiatives and secured funding for innovative projects. Previous roles include VP of Strategy & Finance at Religare, where Arunima developed turnaround strategies, and positions at ART Capital, YES BANK, and ITC Limited, showcasing a rich background in investment analysis and corporate strategy. Arunima holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology.
