Leanna Carney

Leanna Carney has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Leanna began their career as an adjuster at FA Richard & Associates in 1992, and then transitioned into a role as a paralegal at Maples & Lomax, Nelson & Boswell law firms in 1994. Leanna worked in this position until 2000, when they joined the Pascagoula-Gautier School District as the Director of HR. Leanna held this role for over a decade, until 2011, when they became the VP of Human Resources at SINGING RIVER FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, where they currently work.

Leanna Carney received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General from the University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business in the years 1989-1992. Prior to that, they attended East Central High School. Leanna Carney also obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in the year 2020.
