Joe Hartnett

With over 30 years of financial and operational leadership, Joe provides strategic, operational, and analytical leadership to the business. His experience covers a variety of high-tech and engineering services industries as well as high-growth environments.

He started at Single Digits as Chief Financial Officer in 2019 and became CEO in 2022. He previously held several CFO/COO roles at private equity-backed companies, including EventLink Inc., an experiential marketing company; EPM Inc., a nuclear engineering firm; and Dextrys Inc., an outsourced software engineering company based in China. Joe also held senior financial roles at several publicly held high technology companies, including Mercury Computer Systems and Sycamore Networks, playing key roles in multiple acquisitions, fundraising and public offerings. Joe started with Deloitte and practiced as a CPA. He is a graduate of Northeastern University with a PMD from Harvard Business School.
