Merit Valdsalu

Merit Valdsalu has been working in the tech industry since 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Student Advisor for EducationUSA and a Tech Writer for Raintree Systems, Inc. In 2012, Merit began their role as Head of Localization at Pipedrive, a sales CRM software solutions, where they created an efficient and scalable localization process. In 2014, they became the Open Access publishing specialist at the University of Tartu Library, managing the Open Access project and organizing annual international Open Access Week conferences. In 2017, Merit co-founded StandByMate, and in 2018, they co-founded Kardemon Digital Marketing, an agency to help businesses with content marketing, SEO, social media management, online advertising, and other solutions. In 2019, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Single.Earth.

Merit Valdsalu obtained a Master's degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Tartu between 2007 and 2012.
