Teodora Črnila

Teodora Črnila has worked in the recruitment and training fields since 2019. Teodora began their career as a Recruitment Assistant and Recruitment Specialist at Endava. In 2019, they also began working as an Employee Training Assistant at LG Electronics. In 2022, they moved to Single.Earth as a Senior Recruiter and Sales Consultant, where they work to protect nature by making carbon removal and biodiversity tradable.

Teodora Črnila obtained a Bachelor's degree in Adult Education (Andragogy) from the University of Belgrade in 2019. In 2017, they attended the University of Helsinki for a course in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching. Teodora is currently enrolled in the Serbian Constructivist Association for a course in Psychotherapy, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Additionally, Teodora has obtained two certifications: The Employee's Guide to Sustainability from LinkedIn in July 2022, and the Tech Recruitment Certification Course from DevSkiller in May 2020.
