Antonio Guardiani began their work experience as a Master Intern at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives in March 2016. Here, they gained experience in microfabrication and optical characterization of nano-objects. Antonio also learned the basics of CVD growth during their internship, which ended in July 2016.
In December 2016, Antonio joined Delft University of Technology as a Junior Researcher in Aerospace Engineering. Antonio was responsible for optimizing the Sirius Laser Facility for high-resolution UV Laser Processing and conducting magnetic field monitoring for induction welding.
Antonio then continued their academic journey and joined KTH Royal Institute of Technology as a Visiting Ph.D. Student from March 2019 to November 2019.
In 2017, Antonio started their Ph.D. journey as a Marie Curie ITN Action Horizon 2020 Graduate Student at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca. Antonio'sdoctoral studies concluded in April 2021.
Currently, Antonio works at Single Quantum since 2017, where they hold the position of Application Scientist. The specific dates for this role are not provided.
Antonio Guardiani completed their Bachelor's Degree in Physics at Sapienza Università di Roma from 2010 to 2014. Antonio then pursued their Master's Degree in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at KU Leuven from 2014 to 2015. Following that, they furthered their education at Université Grenoble Alpes, where they obtained another Master's Degree in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from 2015 to 2016.
