Siddharth Sehgal is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in marketing, customer experience, and revenue management across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Spotlight at SingleInterface since November 2023, Siddharth is focused on revenue growth and client relationship management for a hyperlocal performance marketing platform. Previously, Siddharth held the position of Chief Manager for Marketing and Customer Experience at Max Life Insurance Company Limited, where notable achievements included the introduction of award-winning engagement campaigns and a complete overhaul of customer communication leading to significant improvements in Net Promoter Score (NPS).
