Daniel Schiavone has over ten years of experience in customer success, sales, and customer experience roles. Daniel began their career in 2010 as a Strategic Sales at Agility Recovery Solutions. In 2013, they moved to ServiceSource as a Service/Support Renewals Account Manager for VMware. In 2015, they joined Preparis, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager and was promoted to Customer Success Team Manager. In 2016, they moved to Gather as a Manager of the Strategic Client Success Team and was promoted to Enterprise Client Success Manager - Team Lead. In 2020, they joined Tripleseat (merged with Gather - acquired by Vista Equity Partners) as a National Account Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined FieldEdge as Manager of Customer Success and SingleOps as Director of Customer Experience.

Daniel Schiavone obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from The University of Georgia between 2006 and 2010.
