Chrissy McKean-Ziccardi has a diverse work experience in various companies within the property solutions industry. Chrissy started as an Onsite Representative - Account Manager at Nationwide Appraisal and Title (NASCO) in 2002 and then became an AVP Closing Services at the same company in 2005. In 2006, they joined LandAmerica Financial Group as the Vice President of Client Services. In 2008, they moved to iMortgage Services n/k/a SingleSource and held the position of Vice President of Sales until 2016. Chrissy then transitioned to SingleSource Property Solutions where they held multiple roles, including Director of Client Resources from 2016 to 2017, Director of Title and Settlement Services / Marketing Director from 2017 to 2023, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Title and Client Relations.

Chrissy McKean-Ziccardi attended PennWest California from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management. Chrissy furthered their education at PennWest California from 1999 to 2001 and received a Master of Science in Business Administration (MSBA) with a focus on Business.
