Benjamin Leong, FSA, is an experienced actuarial professional with a strong background in Prophet modelling and optimization. Currently serving as the Vice President and Prophet Modelling Lead at Singlife since September 2021, Benjamin achieved a 95% reduction in model runtime. Prior experience includes roles at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, where Benjamin held titles such as Modelling Specialist and Associate Manager, contributing to IFRS17 and RBC2 transitions. At GREAT EASTERN, Benjamin advanced through various actuarial positions, focusing on Prophet modelling, stress testing, and experience studies. Benjamin's educational background includes a Fellowship from the Society of Actuaries and a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo.
