Juat Ngoh Chia

Juat Ngoh Chia is the Head of Enterprise Solutions at Singlife since October 2022, with previous experience as Executive Director of Consumer Banking and Big Data Analytics Technology at DBS Bank from January 2015 to June 2022. In this role, Juat led Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) heads across various platforms to enhance customer experience and operational excellence, managing Cloud Operations, DevOps, and Testing COE to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital products. Additionally, Juat served as Country Technology Head at DBS Bank from September 2011 to July 2014 and held the position of SVP at Citi for over 16 years. Juat holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Central Lancashire.
