Kwok Chuen Hong

Kwok Chuen Hong, Brian has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, with roles in various companies starting from 1996. Kwok Chuen began their career as a Senior Executive Officer at Keppel Insurance Pte Ltd and later served as an Assistant Manager at UOB. Brian then worked at the Monetary Authority of Singapore as an Assistant Director in Insurance Supervision. After that, they joined UOB Life Assurance as the Head of Customer Services Division.

In 2010, Brian moved to Great Eastern Life, where they held positions as the Head of General and Group Insurance Operations and later as the Head of Group Insurance Operations and Business Solutions. Following this, they worked as the Operations Director at Raffles Health Insurance from 2015 to 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, Brian worked at AIA Singapore as a Project Manager for Transformation Projects in Corporate Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for developing business requirements for an employee benefits application.

Currently, Brian is the Head of Operations for Group Business at Singlife. Kwok Chuen leads a team that covers various areas such as life and health underwriting, policy services, and claims for corporate clients and their employees.

Kwok Chuen Hong, Brian received their education from 1986 to 1989 at Maris Stella High School. Kwok Chuen then pursued studies in Business, graduating from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 1993. In 1996, they attended Monash University to further their education in Business. In addition to their formal education, in 2018, they obtained certifications in "Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management" from LinkedIn and "PRINCE2 Foundation" from AXCELOS.
