Kate Morten Cahri

Kate Morten CAHRI is an experienced HR executive currently serving as the Senior Director of People and Culture at Optus, where responsibilities include partnering with three managing directors to enhance performance and transformative initiatives. Previously, Kate held positions such as Director of People and Culture, Associate Director of Human Resources, and HR Manager, focusing on strategic leadership development, organizational performance, and culture transformation across various organizations including Diageo, Unilever, and Rabobank. Kate holds a Master's degree in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago, complemented by a Diploma for Graduates. Through Blackchalk, Kate also provides HR OD consulting and executive coaching to help organizations improve leadership and culture.
