Vidur Rattan

Vidur Rattan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Vice President of Digital Connected Experiences at Optus since June 2017. In this role, Rattan leads the development of innovative, data-driven digital experiences, including pioneering projects like Optus Pause and Call Translate. Prior to this, Rattan held various leadership positions at Optus, including Head of Mobile Brands and Head of Business Transformation, where contributions significantly enhanced business performance. Rattan's previous experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at Airtel, where operational strategies captured market share in a competitive environment, and Head of Sales and Marketing for Airtel Sri Lanka, delivering rapid customer growth. An alumnus of MIT Sloan School of Management and FORE School of Management, Rattan holds an MBA specializing in IT and Marketing, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
