Lucy Demmitt

Lucy Demmitt, CPA, has a strong background in accounting and finance. Lucy most recently served as the Director of Accounting at Singular Genomics since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the positions of Associate Director of Accounting from March 2021 to June 2022, and Senior Manager from November 2020 to February 2021 at the same company. From 2019 to 2020, Lucy worked as an Accounting and Finance Consultant as a self-employed professional. Lucy gained significant experience as the Financial Controller at DUCHATEAU from January 2016 to February 2020, where they led the accounting and finance department. Additionally, Lucy worked at Ernst & Young from 2009 to 2016, starting as an Audit Intern in 2008 and eventually becoming a Manager. In this role, they reviewed all phases of financial audits and gained experience in various industries such as biotech, software, leasing, retail, hospitality, and healthcare.
