Timothy Looney

Timothy Looney possesses extensive experience in immunology and bioinformatics, currently serving as Senior Director of Immuno-Oncology at Quest Diagnostics since September 2023. At Singular Genomics, Timothy has held multiple senior director roles focused on immunology and scientific affairs since September 2020. Prior to this, Timothy was with Thermo Fisher Scientific from December 2015 to September 2020, where responsibilities included Associate Director of Bioinformatics and Informatics Lead for Immune Repertoire Sequencing. Earlier experience includes a post-doctoral researcher position at Stanford Health Care from February 2013 to December 2015, specializing in antigen-specific B cell repertoires. Timothy holds a PhD in Genetics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
