Renia Kydonopoulou

Renia Kydonopoulou has extensive work experience in the IT sector, with a focus on financial services. Renia began their career as an Analyst/Programmer at the Ministry of Agriculture in 1988 and then moved to Ionian Bank in the same role. In 1992, they joined Cretabank as a Senior Analyst/Programmer, where they were responsible for project management, application analysis, and development. During this time, they implemented various applications, including the Customer Information System, Bonds Maintenance System, and Check Clearing System.

In 1999, Renia joined Eurobank (GRE) as a Team Leader in loans application, managing all IT activities for the loans application area. Renia was involved in several significant projects, such as the securitization of mortgage loans. In 2005, Renia transitioned to the role of International Senior IT Manager within the International division, where they managed special and critical projects, provided support to IT subsidiaries, and ensured compliance with the Group's frameworks and standards.

In 2010, Renia became the Group IT Architecture Development Manager, responsible for managing architecture development and evolution across all IT sectors. Renia aimed to simplify IT, enhance flexibility, and achieve consistency and integration. In 2012, they moved to the role of Head of Software Development Shared Services, where they led an internal team and an outsourcing pool to cover IT development needs. Renia also played a pivotal role in data migration projects for acquired banks.

From 2014 to 2016, Renia worked at Qualco as the Head of Business Application Consulting Services, leading the consulting services for business applications. Renia then joined SingularLogic in 2016 as the Head of Financial Services, overseeing financial services projects.

Throughout their career, Renia has demonstrated expertise in project management, application development, and IT leadership.

Renia Kydonopoulou completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Athens University of Economics and Business from 1983 to 1987.
