Cheng X.

Cheng X. has an extensive work experience in research and development, specializing in solar energy. They started their career as an R&D Engineer at the CPV division of Guodian Group China, where they focused on developing high-efficiency solar cells. Cheng then pursued further research as a Visiting Doctoral Candidate at the Institute for Energy Technology and Aalto University. They later joined NTNU as a Doctoral Candidate, focusing on their research until 2017. Cheng then took a JSPS Postdoctoral position at Nagoya University from 2017 to 2019. Recently, they joined Singulus Technologies AG as the Director of Research Development, where they oversee projects in solar technology.

Cheng X. started their education in 2009 at Shanghai Jiao Tong University where they pursued a Master's Degree in HIT solar cell. cheng completed their studies in 2012. Later, in 2014, Cheng X. joined the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree, specializing in the surface passivation of silicon solar cells. cheng successfully completed this degree in 2017.
