SINOPEC Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracting business. The Company operates its business through four segments. The Engineering, Consulting and Licensing segment is engaged in the provision of design, consulting, research and development, feasibility studies, compliance certification services to oil refining and chemical industries. The EPC Contracting segment is engaged in the provision of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance and project management services. The Construction segment is engaged in the provision of construction, renovation, expansion, repair and maintenance services and large equipment lifting and transportation services in construction projects. The Equipment Manufacturing segment is engaged in the design, development, manufacture and sales of oil refining equipment and spare parts for facilities including oil refining and chemical facilities.
