Sinsinawa Dominicans
Sister Quincy Howard currently serves as the Mound Planning and Special Projects Director at Sinsinawa Dominicans, focusing on the future development and adaptive reuse of facilities at Sinsinawa Mound. Previously, Quincy was a Government Relations Advocate for NETWORK Lobby for Catholic Social Justice, where advocacy efforts addressed critical issues such as food insecurity and income inequality. As the Coordinating Director for Faithful Democracy, Quincy worked to reform democratic systems in alignment with community ideals. Additional experience includes roles as a Planning Consultant at CDM Smith, Partner at Spark InSites, Municipal Development Planner in the Peace Corps, and Project Associate at the National Wildlife Federation. Sister Quincy holds advanced degrees in urban planning and mathematics from institutions including the University of Pennsylvania and Texas at Austin.
