Jan Van Mierlo

Jan Van Mierlo has extensive experience in the healthcare and academic sectors. Since April 2011, Jan Van Mierlo has served as Directeur HR at Sint-Trudo Ziekenhuis, where responsibilities include overseeing human resources. In addition, Jan held the role of Stafmedewerker Kwaliteit en systemen. Prior to this, from February 2008 to December 2013, Jan Van Mierlo was a Professor at Hasselt University. Jan's academic journey also includes a research position at KU Leuven between 2001 and 2008. Jan Van Mierlo holds a Master in de communicatiewetenschappen from KU Leuven, completed between 1996 and 2001, followed by further studies at the same institution from 2004 to 2007.
