Yisell Diaz

Yisell Diaz has a strong background in engineering and leadership roles within the aerospace industry. Yisell is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Sintavia, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Embraer, where they held the title of Engineering Manager from November 2018 to November 2021. During their time at Embraer, they also served as the Interiors Engineering Team Lead and Product Development Engineer. Yisell's extensive experience in engineering and management also includes positions at Boeing, where they worked from 2006 to 2016. At Boeing, their roles included Global Engineering Manager, Engineering Operations Manager, Passenger Seats Engineering Lead/Supervisor, Passanger Seats Engineering Manager, Aircraft Interiors Integration Engineer and Project Manager, and Electrical Design Engineer. Yisell Diaz's diverse experience in the aerospace industry makes their a highly skilled and versatile engineering professional.

Yisell Diaz obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Florida International University from 2001 to 2005. Yisell pursued further education and completed their Masters of Science in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between 2007 and 2009. In 2010, Yisell Diaz attended Stevens Institute of Technology to obtain a Master Certificate in Project Management, which they completed in the same year.
