Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Metal Finishing Technologies, LLC and as the Associate Director of Business Development at Collins Aerospace. Eric also held positions at L3 Technologies, Mercury Systems, Trusted Mission Solutions, Raytheon Missiles & Defense, G24 Innovations, Ltd., and Pratt & Whitney, where they served in roles such as Sr. Director of Programs, VP of Business Development, Chief Operating Officer, General Manager of International Programs & Business Development, Operations Manager of Aftermarket Services, and Engineering Manager of Manufacturing & Production Readiness. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated expertise in business development, program management, and engineering.

Eric Rossol has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Eric also has a Master of Science/MBA degree in Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Capture Management, Program Management, and R6Sigma Specialist from Raytheon.
