Kevin Chen

Kevin Chen has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Kevin started as a Network Administrator at A1-Terabit.Net, where they administered the network and resolved user account and network issues. Later, at The McGraw-Hill Companies, they worked as an Operations Analyst, managing the Windows/Macintosh LAN and enhancing operational performance through project restructuring. After that, at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, they served as an AVP - Trading Support, providing level II system support and administering the Windows environment for over 1500 clients. At MDC Partners, they worked as an Executive Desktop Specialist, providing white glove support to multiple C-level executives and revamping the onboarding/offboarding procedures. Their most recent role, at Sio Gene Therapies, is as a Manager, IT Operations (Consultant). Here, they manage and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure, researches and implements systems and strategies to enable remote work, and maintains network engineering activity and cloud datacenter environment. Kevin also manages projects, plans IT budgets, and assists with system architecture design.

Kevin Chen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997.
