He also helped strengthen marketing automation systems to deliver targeted content and offers to segmented customers in their vehicles and mobile devices, which increased the adoption of in-vehicle and mobile apps at XEVO. Governance, compliance, privacy, and security have been critical areas of focus throughout his career.
