Jonathan Blum

Jonathan Blum is an experienced professional currently serving as Managing Member of JB Consulting Firm since 2022 and as a Fractional Chief Executive & Legal Advisor for Sweis Construction, LLC since May 2023. In 2024, Jonathan Blum joined the City Board of Review in Sioux City, where responsibilities include presiding over real estate appraisal appeal hearings. Jonathan has also taken on coaching roles in the Sioux City Community School District as a Football Coach and Assistant Basketball Coach for East High Boys Basketball since August 2023. Additionally, Jonathan Blum holds the position of Certified Official for the Iowa High School Athletic Association. Previously, from 2014 to 2023, Jonathan was the Director of Gift Planning & Donor Advising at Morningside University, and from 2004 to 2014 served as an Attorney at Crary Huff Law Firm. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Psychology from Morningside University.
