Jared McNett

Jared McNett is an experienced journalist currently serving as an online editor and reporter at Sioux City Journal since October 2021, where notable accomplishments include contributing to the website's recognition with a National Newspaper Association award for "Best website" in 2024. Previous roles include general assignment reporter for the Globe Gazette, covering local government and politics, and editor in chief at AllFreshSounds, where Jared focused on music reviews and breaking news in the music community.
