Bas van der Linden

Bas van der Linden serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Sioux Technologies since November 2019 and is also an Associate Professor at Eindhoven University of Technology, a position held since November 2018. Prior to these roles, Bas was the CTO at Sioux LIME from January 2018 to November 2019 and a Research and Development Manager at LIME from October 2011 to December 2017. An academic journey includes a tenure as Assistant Professor at Eindhoven University of Technology from November 2011 to October 2017 and a position as a Scientific Consultant at Technische Universiteit Eindhoven from 2002 until November 2011. Earlier in the career, Bas worked as a Propulsion Engineer at Bombardier Aerospace in 1996-1997. Educational qualifications consist of a PhD in Mathematics from Eindhoven University of Technology (1997-2002) and an M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering/High-Speed Aerodynamics from Delft University of Technology (1990-1996). Research expertise covers mathematical modeling, fluid dynamics, radiative transfer, and turbulence computation.
