Rik Portengen

Rik Portengen is an experienced technical leader and software engineer currently serving as Techlead and Senior Software Engineer at Sioux Technologies since April 2022. Prior to this role, Rik held the position of Senior Software Engineer at ICT Automatisering NV from January 2018 to June 2022, and worked as a Software Engineer at ICT Automatisering from April 2013 to June 2022. Additional experience includes a Software Engineer role at Grass Valley from September 2010 to March 2013, and serving as a Subsystem Engineer at Thales from January 2008 to 2010. Rik Portengen holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science with a focus on Embedded Systems from the University of Twente (2005 - 2007) and an Ingenieur degree in Electronics from Hogeschool Rens & Rens (2000 - 2004).
