Mike Lacroix

Mike LaCroix has a range of work experience in various roles. Mike started their career at Iowa Air National Guard as a Recruiting Supervisor, where they oversaw recruiting activities and trained personnel to meet organizational goals. Mike then worked at Bellevue University as a Community College Relationship Manager, managing relationships with community colleges. Currently, Mike is associated with Siouxland Federal Credit Union, where they have held multiple roles. Mike started as a Trainer, responsible for delivering training to employees. Mike then became Assistant Vice President, overseeing training, marketing, and member experience. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at the same company.

Mike LaCroix earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Bellevue University from 2003 to 2004. Mike then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Leadership from Bellevue University from 2006 to 2008.
