Steve Papa is the current advisor at SIP Global Partners. Steve has also been the founder and CEO of Endeca, one of the leading enterprise software companies, which they grew from 1999 until it was acquired by Oracle in 2011 for $1.1 billion. Prior to Endeca, Steve Papa was also the founder and CEO of Kandou Bus S.A., a company that developed high-speed interconnects for the semiconductor industry. Steve has also worked as the SVP Development at Oracle from December 2011 to November 2012, where they helped with the fast and efficient integration of Endeca into Oracle.
Steve Papa graduated from the State University of New York at Delhi with an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Engineering Science. Steve then went on to Princeton University and graduated with a BSE in Engineering and Economics. After working for a few years, they decided to go to Harvard Business School and earned their MBA.
