Xosé Lois Devesa Novo has extensive experience in the agricultural sector, currently serving as Country Manager, Operational Marketing Manager, and Área Manager Norte at SIPCAM Spain & N.A. since November 2004. Responsibilities include oversight of various regions such as Valencia, Cataluña, and Galicia, along with prior roles focused on business coordination and sales delegation. Previously, Xosé held the position of Responsable del Departamento de Agricultura at Comercial Lucense Ganadera (COLUGA), managing seeds, fertilizers, and phytosanitary products, and designed sales campaigns. Earlier experience includes being a Técnico Asesor at OVICA, where organizational structure, public administration management, and farmer advisory were key functions. Xosé holds a PDD from IESE Business School and a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
