Saravanan Krishnan

Saravanan Krishnan currently serves as the Director of Quality at Boston Scientific since September 2016 and has held various engineering management positions at Intel Corporation from 1997 to the present. In the current role, Saravanan oversees quality initiatives and previously managed process quality. At Intel, Saravanan was appointed Engineering Manager, leading a team of nine engineers in the thermal compression bonding module, with responsibilities for improving productivity and quality while maintaining budget control. Additionally, Saravanan held the role of Platform/Technology Integration Manager, responsible for second level interconnect risk assessments, and served as the Materials Development Manager/Engineer focusing on organic substrate development. Saravanan holds a Master's in Technology with a specialization in Materials Science from Universiti Malaya (1995-1997).
