Neal Young

Neal Young has a diverse background in finance spanning over 20 years. Neal is currently the Finance Director at Callroute, a position they assumed in March 2021. Prior to that, Neal served as the Finance Director at Banham Group from September 2016 to August 2020. During their time at Banham Group, they held the top finance position and was responsible for all finance, treasury, and tax matters.

Before joining Banham Group, Neal worked at Aon as the Head of Commercial Finance - EMEA from January 2015 to September 2016. Aon is a global leader in risk management, insurance, reinsurance brokerage, and human resources solutions and outsourcing services. In this role, Neal partnered with commercial business leaders across the EMEA region, working closely with the EMEA Chief Commercial Officer and the Commercial team to develop resource allocations and growth strategies.

Neal also gained valuable experience at Christie's, the world's leading art business. From January 2013 to December 2014, they served as a Senior Finance Business Partner / Finance Director, where they partnered with global business groups and commercial operations. Prior to this, Neal held several roles at Christie's, including Senior Management Accountant, Finance Manager, and Global FP&A Analyst. In these positions, they were involved in various financial responsibilities such as producing monthly management accounts, building budgets and forecasts, developing financial controls, and preparing statutory accounts.

Earlier in their career, Neal worked as a General Manager at itsu from September 1999 to July 2003. Overall, Neal Young has demonstrated a strong track record of financial leadership and experience in various industries and organizations.

Neal Young holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance / Financial Engineering from Birkbeck, University of London. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Kingston University. Neal also has certifications from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), with first-time passes.
