Devashree Avalaskar-Karande has a strong background in healthcare with extensive experience in quality management and patient care. Devashree served as the Head of Home Care and Senior GM of Quality at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre from December 2018 to the present. Prior to this, they held positions at Wockhardt Hospitals Ltd, where they were the Head of Quality Council from June 2017 to November 2018 and the Head of Education Council from October 2012 to June 2017. Devashree also worked as an ICU Coordinator at Hiranandani Fortis Hospital Navi Mumbai from July 2011 to September 2012 and as an ICU and ER Nurse at Hinduja Hospital from June 2005 to June 2009.
Devashree Avalaskar-Karande attended Leelabai Thackersey College of Nursing, where they pursued a Master of Science in Nursing degree. Devashree also completed a Diploma in Hospital Administration at Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
