Joel Hallam

Joel Hallam is an experienced construction and project management professional currently serving as the Director of Buildings and Projects at SIR RICHARD SUTTON LIMITED since July 2023. Prior to this role, Joel was an Associate Director at Cast - A Real Estate & Construction Consultancy from January 2019 to July 2023. Joel's career began at Arcadis, where various roles included Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Associate Project Manager from September 2011 to December 2018. Joel holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Warwick (2006 - 2010) and a Master's Degree in Construction Project Management from London South Bank University (2011 - 2014).
