Since April 1995, Johanne has served as General Manager, Trainer, and Fixer at SIR Corp, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Prior to this role, Johanne worked at Vasire Food Services from January 1988 to March 1992 as Director of Training and Human Resources, focusing on developing training programs and managing personnel needs.
