Stephen Seymour has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Stephen worked at SIR Corp. as the Vice President of Technology, where they were responsible for IT strategic planning, technology direction and use in multiple restaurants, and implementing user and security policies. Prior to that, they worked at The O'Toole's Group Inc. as a Software Engineer/Programmer, where they designed and built various applications for restaurant oversight. Stephen also worked as a self-employed Software Engineer/Principal, where they designed and developed software applications for manufacturing, livestock management, and accounting.
Stephen Seymour attended the Schulich School of Business at York University in the year 2000, where they studied Project Management. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1987, they studied Business Software Engineering in Information Technology at the Canadian Institute of Business.

Sir Royalty Income Fund
SIR Royalty Income Fund (the Fund) holds investment in SIR Corp (SIR). The Funds' investment, SIR is engaged in the business of owning and operating full service restaurants in Canada. SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor's Bar and Grill and Canyon Creek Chop House, and signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Far Niente/FOUR/Petit Four and the Loose Moose Tap & Grill, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership). The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund intends to pay distributions to unitholders on a monthly basis. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership. SIR also owns and operates a Duke's Refresher & Bar located in downtown Toronto and one seasonal restaurant, Abbey's Bakehouse.
