Lavanya Raja

Lavanya Raja began their career in 2003 as a Lecturer in the Dept. of Computer Science and Information Technology at Madurai Kamaraj University. In 2007, they joined Sirahu Technologies as the Head of Operations, where they were responsible for managing the Operations process, Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress. Lavanya also liaised with superiors to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals for different departments and provided constructive feedback. In addition, they were responsible for designing policies, resource allocation, planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Lavanya later held the role of Director of Operations at Sirahu Technologies.

Lavanya Raja completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University between 1998 and 2001, studying in the field of Computer Applications.
