Alaa Daban

Alaa Daban is a Senior Project Control Specialist at sirar by stc since August 2021, bringing extensive experience in service level management and quality control. Prior to this role, Alaa worked at Saudi Telecom Company from December 2014 to August 2021, holding positions including Service Level Management Leader and Quality Control for Help Desk and Problem Management. Alaa also served as a Quality Analyst at Saudi Intelligent Solution and as a Quality Analyst at Advanced Electronics Company during the same timeframe. Alaa earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from King Saud University, completing studies from 2009 to 2014.
