Mariette Sjerp

Mariette Sjerp has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial and accounting sector. Mariette started their career as an All Round Accounting Medewerker at Golden Tulip Amsterdam Centre in 1999.

Mariette then moved on to NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky, where they served as an Assistant Credit Manager from December 2000 to May 2005. Mariette also had a brief role as an Interim Assistant Financial Controller at the same company from June 2005 to November 2005.

Mariette then joined NH Amsterdam Centre as an Assistant Financial Controller from November 2005 to October 2006. Mariette subsequently worked as an Assistant Financial Controller at Hotel Accounting Office NH Krasnapolsky from October 2006 to February 2007.

From 2007 to 2012, Mariette worked as a Financial Controller at Park Hotel. Mariette then transitioned to Sir Albert Hotel B.V., where they held the position of Financial Controller from November 2011 to August 2012.

Currently, Mariette is the VP Finance, IT & Systems at Sircle Collection, a role they have held since August 2012.

Mariette Sjerp has a diverse education history. From 1989 to 1995, they attended Krimpenerwaard College, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later, from 1995 to 2000, they attended Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Hotel Management. Finally, from 2000 to 2006, they attended the University of Amsterdam, where they obtained an MSc in Business Economics.
