Andini Hariningtyas

Andini Hariningtyas has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and talent development. Starting in 2013, they worked with AIESEC Indonesia, initially as a Staff Facilities and Maintenance Talent Management and then progressing to roles such as Capacity Coordinator Talent Management and Local Committee Vice President Talent Management. During their time with AIESEC, Andini was responsible for recruitment, training, and development of members, as well as managing talent development programs and facilitating conferences.

In 2015, Andini also worked with PT Mitra Sumber Solusi as a facilitator for training and development, focusing on improving job performance through sharpening skills and changing attitudes. Andini worked with clients such as PT. PLN PERSERO in Padang.

Moving on to 2017, Andini joined the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia as a Liaison Officer for a race cycling competition, where they managed communication and logistics for the event.

In 2018, Andini joined ASRI, a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group, as a People Development Supervisor and Culture Content Creator.

Most recently, in 2021, Andini joined SIRCLO as a Senior People Development and later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Business Partner Commercial (Enterprise Solutions). In this role, they focused on improving the employee experience, human resource processes, and systems, as well as providing recommendations for organizational design, manpower planning, succession planning, and other related areas. Andini also conducted benchmarking exercises and managed the development and delivery of operational development plans.

Overall, Andini's experience demonstrates their expertise in talent management, development planning, training facilitation, and organizational improvement.

Andini Hariningtyas pursued their education at Universitas Andalas from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
